AES Technical Training Overview

This one-day training is hosted at AES’s Corporate Office & Training Academy HQ in Peabody, MA. After completing the AES technical training, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the following topics:

  • Mesh Networks & System Components

Learn about what components make up a mesh network and how alarm signals are sent over RF.

  • Radio Frequency & Antennas

Learn about radio frequency ranges, proper antenna installations, and receive hands-on practice crimping LMR-400 cable.

  • AES Subscribers & Installations

Subscriber features, programming, and installation best practices.

Additional Information

  1. HQ AES Technical Training is free for all AES providers
  2. Attendees are responsible for travel arrangements and associated costs
  3. 2.0 Burg, Hybrid, and Fire Subscribers will be available for hands-on learning
  4. Certificates will be distributed after course completion
  5. Breakfast (bagels) and lunch (pizza) will be provided by AES
  6. Class runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive between 8:30-9:00
